A CHARITY football match organised by Brierley Hill legal eagles has netted £4,000 for The Prince's Trust.

Higgs & Sons took on Aston Villa All Stars at Stourbridge Football Club on September 21 but lost 5-8.

More than 300 spectators turned up to cheer on the teams and enjoy the activities, free football coaching and refreshments on offer.

Tim Jones, partner at the law firm, based at the Waterfront Business Park, said: “It was a great match enjoyed by all, played in the right spirit and despite losing the game, raising £4,000 for the Prince’s Trust was a magnificent result."
