Awoke this morning feeling a lot stronger, although, my fingers could do with improvement. I had a full day's therapy ahead and was eager to get going after losing a few days because of illness. The door seemed to go as usual every 5 minutes until I then retorted The time sponsored by Accurist will be..' After being in the rehab room about 5 minutes received the news that my Bone Marrow extraction from my hip was going ahead after some delay. I was over the moon as I wanted to receive as many treatments as I could after travelling so far. I would have an injection before bedtime to help stimulate my own Stem Cells and then go for the operation Tuesday at 9.30 am. I have never gone into prayer so quick and would really welcome yours if you're free! My own cells will then be cultured over ten days to produce many more cells before being reintroduced in 11 days time, I really hope this is the one!

Went for lunch, and oh yes the compulsory drip which took ages and missed my afternoon OT. I later decided to catch up on my blog whilst Richard went shopping I hope there's another nice tea in stall! There was a surprise ok he couldn't get a Bolognese sauce so it looks like the hospital restaurant, which is ok but you have to be careful. My injection took place at around 9.30pm and had visitors Lyn & Sue before hand to share tea with us. There's not a minute goes by that either a nurse or Doctor is popping into your room once they know your in; so have to try and sneak in without there knowledge if your to have a little peace & quiet, but it's not easy when your wheelchair has a definitive squeak!
