HALESOWEN's Helen Scott has won a second gold medal at the Commonwealth Games this afternoon.
England's Sophie Thornhill and her pilot Scott won the Women's Para-Sport 1000m time trial event at the velodrome in Glasgow.
Once again the pair came ahead of Scotland's Aileen McGlynn and Louise Haston, the same competitors they beat when claiming their first medal in the tandem sprint event for blind and visually-impaired athletes on Friday.
The Australian team of Brandie O'Connor and Breanna Hargrave won bronze.
